One of the most appreciated aspects of this accommodation is the limited number of apartments, which makes you feel at home and not in an overcrowded hotel or residence.

All the two-storey apartments are full equipped with all the necessary comforts, are very bright and have a small private porch with table and chairs. A second private porch in the back, completely fenced and safe, is perfect for storing your bike and in case of light self-maintenance.

The cafe-restaurant is managed by Italian staff and the cuisine is therefore very good.

The property is very kind and takes great care of the service and customers.

Of course, the price of the apartments varies according to the seasons and in the peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, Carnival, Easter) you will have to expect higher prices, but this is common to all the other accommodation facilities in Gran Canaria.
